We're a team of engineers, quantitative researchers, trading specialists and commercial operators, and we're hiring our next Enterprise Account Executive to join our go-to-market team in Limassol. The role suits someone who has thrived inside an early-stage, high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech or AI company, ideally with a network in FX/CFD, and who brings the autonomy and commercial judgement to help shape how we sell.

• You'll be early enough to shape how we sell, rather than inherit a finished playbook.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and run your territory with that mentality. Own the full cycle: run thoughtful discovery, diagnose client needs and tailor the right solution across complex organisations.
•  Partner closely with our technical teams. Selling here is a team sport. You will work with quantitative researchers and engineers throughout evaluations, proofs of concept and implementation handovers.
•   Build relationships at the top. You will work with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders across trading, risk, technology and operations as a trusted commercial adviser.
•   Define the motion. You will co-build our sales process, qualification and account strategy with the founders. What works becomes how we sell.
•   Be a product evangelist. Deliver strong demonstrations and tailored materials, bring a clear point of view to every conversation and feed client insight directly back to product and engineering.

• Has 2 + years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including complex, high-value, end-to-end deals. Experience selling AI, fintech, market data or trading technology is a strong advantage.
•   Has built C-suite relationships and knows how to run consultative, value-based sales motions.
•   Understands technology and markets well enough to hold their own with a curious CTO, Head of Trading or Head of Risk.
•   Works with pace and sound judgement, testing ideas instead of waiting for a finished playbook.
•   Communicates concisely in writing and in person, both with customers and inside the team.
•   Is excited about using AI within the sales process and comfortable with how quickly the technology and market continue to change.
• Works and understands data.
